Short version: the details you send go to the operator who handles the job, and nowhere else.
If you submit the form, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, and whichever of the optional fields you fill in. The form also records which page you arrived on, the page you landed on first, the referring website, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed. Those last items are hidden fields. They tell us which pages produce calls and nothing about you personally.
If you call 330-443-0525, the call runs through a call-tracking service. The recorded announcement you hear at the start of the call is accurate, and calls to that number may be recorded. The service logs the number you called from, the time, and the length of the call.
Your details go to the independent operator who covers Canton and Stark County, so they can call you back and quote the work. They are also visible to the people who run this site. We do not sell contact details, and we do not pass them to marketing lists.
This site sets no advertising cookies. It stores one item in your browser's session storage to remember which page you arrived on, so the form can report it. That entry is cleared when you close the tab.
Form submissions and call records are kept while the enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting. If you want your details deleted, call the number on this site and ask, or send the request through the contact page, and we will remove them.
